Hobbling in from workshop after knee injury. Went on my Red Light Therapy device for two hours. Pain still there but properly 85% less. If I couldn't purchase another one, I wouldn't sell this one for a thousand dollars. Works for me better than knee shots.

I got this for my daughter, she is a figure skater who had been experiencing problems with her knee; pain, dislocations, and a lot of popping. I had hoped that this product would at least help limit the pain, and maybe even do something to stabilize to joint. Overall this product was very easy to set up. It did heat up, and my daughter used it for a while. However, it seemed to have done nothing to mitigate the pain in her knee. Now, this product could actually be far better than I have given it credit for. Especially for those not participating in activities that put as much strain on the knees as my daughters figure skating does. Because of that I'm only taking off one star, as I do not know how the product would perform in other scenarios.

When I took this Comfyorthopedic Red Light Therapy Knee Brace out of the box, several small pieces of material fell out. The brace looks to be well made so I’m not sure where the pieces came from. The instruction book was sort of helpful but not very well organized and the grammar could have been improved upon. The brace fits me well and the straps are long enough that they will fit even larger knees. There is a choice of cords so you can plug into a regular outlet or into a USB port. The cord connections easily fit together. The control is easy to figure out once you read the instructions. The red light is bright. This set does not include sunglasses so it would be a good idea to have your own or to try not to look at the red light. The brace is made of a neoprene material which has an odor which irritates my allergies. I tried using the brace for five minutes, but my nose was dripping so much that I had to stop.Because of not being able to use the knee brace very much, I can’t really say that it provided any benefit to my knee or that it relieved any knee pain. For what you get with this knee brace, the current price of $129.99 seems very high.

They say right in the description that red light therapy is controversial. I have no idea if this thing is stimulating my mitochondria, but I can say that it does produce a very soothing heat. Unlike a regular heated knee therapy device that just feels hot, this does seem to be a smoother and penetrating heat - it feels like the heat is deeper in your knee and not just on the surface. You'll definitely need to read the iinstructions on it. there are intensity and other settings that aren't fully clear just by looking at the remote. Operation is easy - it's not hard to put on, and the straps and velcro work as expected. They say the red lights are safe for your eyes but they get REALLY bright so I'd try not to stare at them directly if you have the thing turned on before you wrap it around your knee. As far as relief - if you have an acute injury nothing will solve that immediately, but for general aches and pains and arthritis pain I think this is a great option.

I have issues with my knees and this red light therapy brace seemed like a device that could potentially help with the occasional soreness and pain I get in my knees from a long day of standing and walking around. The brace is adjustable with velcro and fits comfortably over the knee. The red light emits a warmth that is soothing and healing. I also like that this knee brace can be powered by a power bank and doesn't have to be plugged directly into a wall outlet. The controls are easy to use to adjust the time and intensity. I also broke my arm at my elbow several years ago and this brace can also be worn on the elbow to provide some pain relief to that area as well. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the performance of this red light therapy brace. I will continue to use this and update as needed.

First, this is one knee brace, not two. The title and description state brace not braces. However, since I first thought it would be two, I want to point this out even though my rating isn't based on this. I like that the brace has two different wavelength settings, as well as a setting to use both. It also offers a way to connect the brace to a portable battery, if you have one, instead of plugging it into a wall outlet. The brace comes with instructions, but I found them lacking and not overly helpful. The other odd thing about this brace is that the velcro is on the inside of the brace, yet it has two strap buckles. The arms of the brace go through the buckles but then continue to wrap around the knee instead of folding over the buckle, allowing better tension, and effectively making the buckles useless.

This review is for an Adjustable Red Light Therapy Knee Brace. I got this infrared light knee brace to help with my arthritic joint pain, and inflammation in my knee. It fits my small knee nicely, was easy to wrap around, and you can plug it in with a standard plug, USB A or a battery power bank, which is very convenient. I like and recommend this brace for its deep tissue penetration, the different plug-in options, and the heat that takes away the stiffness in my knee.

I had a knee injured and been doing pt on it. I heard some people suggesting to try red light therapy. But sure if it works or not. Figured I rather buy a device to use at home then pay per session. This device is easy to use. Strap on like a standard knee brace. It's attached to a single wire that is split as the controller and charger. The remote, you can adjust the timer, number of red light, and heat. So many options. I used this nightly for 30 minutes for a month and I don't really see any improvement. Not sure of red light therapy is just a new trend everyone is raving about.
