These don't secure the strip, it stays loose. You need a flat bracket that can actually press the led strip to the wall. Waste of money

These are soooo much better than what comes with most LED light strips. They hold the strip tight against the wall/deck/whatever, but are flexible enough to allow you to remove the strip without unscrewing the clip. My only negative is that the screws are not stainless, so if you're using these outside, hit the hardware store and spend $5 on the appropriate SS screws.

The screws are decent quality that don't strip when you try to screw them in, and they "bite" nicely into the wood surface I'm attaching them to (you know how some cheaper screws will just spin and spin without digging into the wood. These don't, they're pretty good.)The plastic clips are secure, but flexible enough that you can lift them a little without breaking if you need to pull or adjust the LED strip. I'm actually going to order another couple of bags of these right now since my project got bigger!

I replaced my old LED strips under my cabinets, and the adhesive on the new ones was not enough to keep them in place in certain spots. These little clips are fairly easy to install, the screws are quite small so they don't do a ton of damage, and the clips themselves do a good job of holding the strips on.It's a little fiddly to try to screw them in, in just the right place, without the screws traveling or falling off the screwdriver, but it's not too bad. You could pre-drill the tiny holes, but then you risk drilling through the bottom of the cabinet. The screws do not have a very deep head, so they fall off of the screwdriver tip very easily. The "weatherproof" rating question is odd. I doubt these are at all weatherproof. I could be wrong, but the screws are probably not stainless, and would likely rust pretty quickly, despite the description calling them "rust-proof". The plastic is likely not UV-safe either. Again, seller, if I'm wrong, let me know...Good price for how many you get.
