I'm not sure what I was expecting, but you get exactly what you order: 100 pieces of 10"x10" cotton fabric squares. Each square has a very thin hem that has been straight stitched. The fabric is thin and semi translucent, like a muslin. With 100 squares, you'll have plenty for whatever project you have in mind. These are plain white squares, so if you plan to make a quilt, you'll likely want to dye or decorate them in some way first. These would be great for lining bags and pounches.
