The 50 pack 8.5’ X 11” of Gold Foil Certificate Paper for Printing (ASIN: B0CQTJ3NTQ) is the size and pack size stated. The paper is a heaver weight than standard typing paper, but not as heavy as I would expect for printing diplomas or participation awards. It takes ink well and the colored border makes for good looking documents designed on one’s home computer and printed.However, I do not believe this can be classified as gold foil. While I am only passingly familiar with true gold foil, the gold foil paper I am familiar with looks nothing like this. This paper’s border is much duller, not having the distinct shine, texture, color, and appearance of true gold foil. The colored border of this paper appears to be more like a standard kind a gold-colored ink. I searched gold foil paper, gold foil printing, and “embossed gold foil print”. What I found did not match the paper I received.

I was expecting a bright, shiny GOLD LEAF design on card stock paper. I am so disappointed in both the design and the quality of the paper. The paper is barely a notch above a standard piece of paper and is very flimsy - NOT CARDSTOCK. The edges are a dull brownish color - NOT GOLD. What the heck? Returning this item for sure!
