BEEARE!. Purchased this based on reviews. Received the item and it was dented. Plugged it in and it made a very loud noise. No option to contact seller. Only Amazon. They were absolutely no help. Returned the item. Ordered a new set because that was the only option I was provided. New set arrived and same thing! Seller is not helpful whatsoever. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. NO HELP AT ALL!!!!

System is unreliable for night time recording. That may be due to battery charging. I however. have had several day of full sunlight with little help for night time recordings. Night view is good when you activate a camera. I have had the system for one month now and cameras work well during the day. Am very pleased with daytime motion detection reading/recordings. Picture quality is very good, Does not detect animals. I have a 60 lb black German Shepard dog that the system does not see unless i am in the picture.Online responses by Ohwoal have a 24 hour response time. Very good about answering emails. However, some of the return answers do not answer your question. They have an older version of a manual (online) for solar system that does not answer questions about the newer product. Their IT department thinks it is a generic manual. I had to figure out several things myself.I received the NVR with the front labels on the NVR upside down. It seems like the would not acknowledge that. Finally took the equipment apart and flipped the label over so that it reads correctly.

These cameras are easy to set up, wifi automatically connected itself to the monitors and linked themselves. Very easy!Dash board is pretty easy to navigate and use as well, very happy with these cameras.

Easy to install and setup. Would have rated it a five star except for the support. One of the camera's power source was defective (failed) and I tried to get a replacement. Gave up trying to contact an agent and used an old unit of my own.

I bought this camera to add to my existing Ohwoai 8ch system. It couldn’t have been easier to add it. This particular camera is located over 300’ from my home (through the next closest camera’s repeater) it transmits a strong signal and clear picture.I have been using this system for approximately 2 1/2 years and have never encountered a problem or one that couldn’t be quickly solved by Ohwoai’s customer service and/or help videos. The customer service provided is amazing and nearly instantaneous. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my OHWOIA camera system. Have had it for several years and have even recommended It to a couple other family members who have purchased it and love it.Recently i had an issue with one of the 8 camera’s that came with the complete system and ordered a new one from Amazon and received it very fast and even had great customer service via phone support with them on installing it…. I highly recommend this camera and their NVR system.

I previously purchased the set of 4 cameras home security system. The system has an option to have up to 8 cameras so I purchase 3 single cameras. I could not figure out how to get the single cameras to connect to the originally purchased system so I reach out to customer service and they responded so fast and was able to help and now all 7 cameras work perfectly together. aAwesome day and night picture and sound is clear as well. Definitely worth the money spent.
