This is a pair of really nice quality gold METAL sconces with a lot of versatility; NOT made of plastic with some cheap faux gold finish. I really appreciate the quality and versatility of these! I can see using them during power outages, either on the wall or taking the little lights out to use around the house, since they stand conveniently on their own.I have them temporarily installed on preexisting sconce screws at two different levels at the moment to see where I want them height-wise, etc. but I already appreciate the option I discovered to leave the bottom light poles off, and move or leave off the decorative end piece at the bottom - I'm thinking that might come handy someday if we have young children around again as they are notorious for grabbing everything and pulling things down. So you do get two different styles to work with this way, which is another nice bonus. The decorative end pieces have a pin hole that you won't notice unless you know it's there and look very closely; perhaps a feature designed to allow you to embellish further with ornaments, crystals, small stain glass and the like. Each shade has a metal platform in the bottom that holds the magnetized light fixture, so you don't have to worry about it moving around loose on the stand. It comes with two remotes that I tested to work reliably at 18-20 ft distance, which is ample for me. One of the remotes actually works a few feet further than the other, so we'll allocate that one for our further point of use. But no worries if you misplace your remotes (or those young children or spouses hide them somewhere), there are power buttons under the charging ports that allow you to power on/off and change through the color options, as well. I also like how they shine dim red when charging and change to dim green when fully charged, so there's no guessing the status. We got about 24 hrs of straight run time off the first charge. I can't really reach down into the shade to retrieve the rechargeable bulb from the height they're installed, but I found if I flipped it upside down from the bottom of shade and used the telescoping magnet from the garage I could draw it out of the top and set aside to charge. It was either that or unscrew the shade. I didn't want to have to do this every time, but the included charge cords are only 18" - so to solve this and make it easier going forward I've ordered a pair of gold 6-10' long USB-A to USB-C braided charger cords so that I can just charge the bulbs in place without ever removing. That's my personal workaround for my setup.I usually like the traditional soft neutral white light, but my daughter is having a blast with all the color options (and I guess I kind of am too!) A really great find at a very reasonable price point. We will enjoy these for a long time!

This is a set of entertaining lights. They come with unambiguous instructions and require only four screws to install. Two for each lamp. In my home, I have a bar, and I decided to put these two lights on either side of the bar and at the end of the bar. It would be interesting for my friends to look at the lights, and while they're having a drink, they could enjoy the colorful light display that I've created for them. The lights do not weigh much. It’s easy to install them in drywall. I have three-quarter-inch drywall, which makes it even easier. Each lamp comes with an assortment of screws designed to hold the light in drywall hammer or screw in devices or drill in and then screw in devices in any event it was no problem, installing the holders for laps and laps themselves.Ultimately, I modified the instructions by using USB-C extension power sources to keep them under a more or less constant charge. I’ve been told that this does not enhance battery life. However, from my perspective, I don’t need to remove the devices, the magnetic lights, and recharge them because the constant charge and wire are already in place. The magnetic light is rolled with a thin cord that is barely visible, so I plugged it into a USB-C Transformer and into a standard light socket, as well as a power socket, and ran extension USB-C cords to the USB cords that came with the light. So far so good. The handheld control is excellent, providing complete control over both lights simultaneously. They supply two of them, so I’m using only one and keeping the other as a backup. This is an excellent product. That’s a fun product to install and use.

Our house has poor lighting and these are a great addition. I used command strips to mount each sconce on the wall and they are holding well. The rechargeable bulb portion is a little tricky to drop in, so keep that in mind when determining height. You could also just unscrew the whole lampshade, either is not too difficult. Each bulb comes with a remote control but one can be used for both, the backup is much appreciated. They can be switched individually with the remote by pointing at just one or changed together by aiming the remote evenly between them.I still have the plastic on the lampshades in the picture, We’re doing some work in the house so I won’t remove them until done but they don’t look that bad with it on, haha. These are a great deal vs hardwiring. They really upgraded the look in TV area and added some much needed light to our house.
