Great quality and it comes with 2 patches strong molle attachments. The scissors are a good quality not the best but I would say they’re a medium quality.

Sorry if the picture isn't the best it is just to get idea but they're really great so far flexible enough to hold mags, water bottle, grenade or a smoke. Also came a lot sooner then expected so that's really nice and they gave me a free key chain holder

As a Law Enforcement veteran working on my 20th year, I’ve been carrying a tourniquet on duty for more than a decade. I was searching for an inexpensive carrier and this kit (carrier, shears and the tourniquet all included) was a steal! I just ordered a new vest (soft body-armor) and the outer carrier has molle loops, it won’t be ready for another ten days. The hard-plastic tourniquet case with molle attachment at the uniform shop was $36…just for the case, no tourniquet!I put this kit together and attached it to my active shooter rifle plate carrier and it’s secure and not too bulky. I shouldn’t have any issues with a slung “Go Bag” and rifle/shotgun manipulation with it attached. Yes, the tourniquet is of lesser quality than what I usually carry but my CAT-brand tourniquet still fit nicely and the shears are an added bonus! There are also loops for a tactical pen (pen not included).You cannot beat this kit for price, it appears to be decent quality and has basic functionality. If you have any doubts, buy a tactical-grade tourniquet and your tactical knife can get any cutting job done even if the shears fail (they worked fine when I tested them on some old rags).I gave the tourniquet it came with to my wife to carry in her purse since we have so many mass shootings these days. Assuming this works well on my new outer carrier, I intend to buy another one to keep in my personal vehicle as anywhere/anytime can turn into an active shooter scene…better safe than sorry! This kit is a great deal for the money, I recommend it.

Unbelievable the quality,The molle setup for is very rugged.The kit is pre sealed in a Ziploc bag,Very great to cut down on infections.Just add layer of burlap to conceal the plastic reflective surface,Best part is they HAND WRITE THANK YOU LETTERS.Also got lucky and they threw in a heavy duty tactical pen to write your times down or useful as window breaker or hand combat defense.A must have for any prepared individual,order 2 of them.

I already had the tourniquet and the trauma shears. They fit in perfectly.There is also a slot for a marker.Well thought out design and with good quality.They even left a nice hand written letter in the package.
