I work for a coffee-and-donut chain that prefers to torture its crew members with the annoyingly-heavy 3M XT-1 headsets. For much longer than my employment period, our batteries have been failing miserably. Our situation is so dire that it is not uncommon to need 5 or 6 battery changes during a shift; we spend most of our time swapping partly-charged batteries in and out of the headsets just to perform our jobs.I asked our District Manager to order us new batteries for the store, but her excuse was "if there's no 1-800 number on the bottom of the battery charger, then I have no way of ordering new batteries." That is nothing other than sheer laziness or a load of bull excrement... It took me a whopping thirty seconds to find these batteries by simply typing "3M MT-1 battery" into the Amazon search box - and I got literally dozens of results! I spent more time comparing mAh and price than I did on the actual search string.These MPF batteries are direct-fit replacements for the original batteries, and offer a higher mAh capacity than original. They "snap" into the headset with a satisfying click and do not wiggle around at all. They charge perfectly well in the OEM 3M chargers, have relieved the stress of headsets shutting off mid-order, and have eliminated the need for incessant battery changes. Now that we have more batteries than charger slots, we will always have fully-charged batteries ready at any time during any shift, which is a major relief, even with the old failing batteries still in rotation.We've only had the batteries for two days (standard shipping was incredibly-quick, which is always appreciated, but even more so when it comes to items in the food service industry), and I have already been getting so many "thank yous" from my coworkers that it's beginning to be slightly uncomfortable.I'm very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend these batteries to anyone looking to extend the lifespan of their 3M headset system. Especially to franchise owners that are "locked-in" to ordering items exclusively from approved vendors that do not carry the most basic of parts needed to keep their store operational.And at this price, why not pick up a few spares, even if you don't need them yet?

Works fine on my 3M intercom after 3 weeks. It has 3 Metal pieces in the back for charging unlike the pic on site.
