I got this thinking I might use it for brown sugar, but honestly, it’s found a happier home holding my tea bags. The jar itself is lovely—thick glass with a pretty sunflower motif that gives it just enough charm without being overly cutesy. It looks nice on the counter, and the lid seals well, so everything stays fresh.It’s not a huge container, but it holds more than you’d think. I’ve got an assortment of bagged teas tucked inside, and it makes grabbing one a little more pleasant than rifling through a cardboard box.It does come with a couple of those little clay brown sugar savers, which I haven’t used, but they look fine and should work well for anyone actually using it for brown sugar. The spoon is more decorative than practical, but it’s a sweet touch.Four stars only because the lid could be just a little more snug, especially if you’re planning to keep something moisture-sensitive inside—but for my purposes, it’s lovely and does the job beautifully.

The design is very pretty and adds interest to the jar. That along with its square shape and wood lid make this something you want to put out on your counter. The added spoon and sugar savers make this a great set. The description says this is the begonia pattern, but the pictures and what I received is the sunflower pattern, so just be aware of that inconsistency. Besides that, the description matches what was received and I’m using it to hold my homemade cocoa mix. The only little con to this jar is the corners like to hold water after it’s been washed, so just make sure you run a clean paper towel inside to get that moisture out before you use it. Nice set at a decent price for the design and quality. 4 stars

This is a beautiful brown sugar storage container with its sunflower embossed design in glass. The wood lid fits nice and snug. The set came with (2) brown sugar clay savers (with a leaf design on them) and a wooden spoon. I like the vintage look and feel to this 35oz jar. It also fits in nicely with farmhouse or cottage-core vibes and I just love it.

The glass jar and accessories came well-packaged with enough insulation to prevent damage in transit. The jar is made of clear glass, and has a nice design on it. The lid is completely water and air-tight once it is closed tightly and sealed. The spoon seems to be made of wood, and it is not very deep, so it may not be very practical, but it looks nice and adds to the aesthetics of the item.The jar can obviously be used to store anything that needs to be stored in air tight conditions. So, you can use the jar to store tea leaves, ground or whole bean coffee, spices, etc. However, if you do choose to use this for brown sugar, you can use the included sugar savers to make sure that the sugar does not clump by acting as desiccants in the jar. This is a nice inclusion in the set.

The 3D design on the glass looks elegant and makes it very easy to grip. The wooden lid seals tightly. The wood on the lid was a little dry out of the box, but it came right back to life with a little food-grade butcher block conditioner. To help gauge the size, I tested it with water and it holds about 4.5 cups. I’m using it to store snacking nuts for my 11 year old, and it’s easy enough for her to grip, get the lid off and reach her hand inside to grab a few. The additional wooden spoon is a nice touch and it's long enough to reach the bottom of the jar comfortably.I've included a picture with a soda can for scale.I received this item through the Vine Program, but I always give my honest, unbiased opinion so you can shop with confidence.

I love this brown sugar glass jar. The design is really beautiful and the glass is thick with a nice weight to it. The lid has a silicone stopper for a tight fit. The little pucks are a great way to keep your sugar from clumping up. You soak them in water first for 15 minutes and they are ready to use. The spoon is also a nice touch. It’s really beautiful and I’m sure you can use it to store other things too but I’m using it for its intended purpose. The price is good and I think it’s worth it. Five stars.
