Honestly the best yarn for amigurumi crochet. Very minimal shedding, super soft, and fairly easy to do a magic ring. It’s somewhere around a weight 5, so it’s versatile whether you’re making something large or adding details like embroidering a face. The colors are vibrant and consistent between skeins. I’ve placed several orders and the colors are true to what’s pictured. My only complaint is that I want more yarn per skein. This is definitely my go-to yarn for all my plushie projects. They all turn out super cute.

Edit to add: I added a star bc it really is very nice yarn. I'm pretty obsessed with it. If only I didn't find so many knots.I have spent so many hours taking out knots in this yarn. I bought 10 packages for a blanket and have gone through 8 rolls now and only didn't have a problem with one fricken roll. Finally had to write a review after working on one roll for an hour and being forced to give up because it's just too knotted. Wish I could get a partial refund but I don't think Amazon works that way.It is super nice yarn. Wish I could give it 5 stars bc it's sooo soft but damn am I sick of this.

These skeins are little. You'll need a lot more than planned. I made scrunchies. Which was fine. But for plushies, you'll need like 6.

Loved this yarn! It kept together well. I was able to make a magic circle without fighting it like I do with alot of chinelle yarns!! Good value, super super soft.

Soooooo soft. I haven't had and issue tightening the magic ring like other chinelle yarns.

This yarn is so soft, and the colors are lovely. I would not recommend using it to make a winter hat, as it isn't super warm, but it would be okay to make a late spring hat, a baby blanket, or a throw blanket.

Since Joanne’s closed I couldn’t find a velvet yarn I liked. I found it in this brand! It’s so nice to work with. The color choices are great. I’m so happy I found it. I will be buying much more of this yarn.

Velvety soft texture and sheen. Doesn't shed as much as other chenille yarn I've used. Use size H crochet hook for amigurumi projects and you'll get great results.
