I got this for a Christmas present for my elderly Mother, when setting up on Christmas day I found out it uses an off brand app called biu frame app. I couldn't get any pictures to load on the frame. I manage her network so I know all the settings and setup. Tried multiple times and nothing. I will be returning it.

We love this frame, we got it for our daughter who is moving out of state. The app is easy to use and will allow videos, so we love that we can surprise her with new videos when she comes home at the end of her day. The quality is great and there are many options for how you want your photos displayed.
