Purchase this product back in April, which means this junk couldn’t even last a year before breaking. The dial on the front of the safe which operate the latches has broken and no longer functions, which means I can not lock the safe anymore. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a safe if the lock doesn’t work. I do not recommend this product, keep looking and invest in a higher quality safe, this one isn’t it.

Fingerprint reader only works sometimes.I’ve owned it for less than a year and had to reset the fingerprint reader four times

All the ways to unlock it for the first time in the instructions don’t work wtf?? Cheap pos don’t buy. Things so flimsy too

Very thin metal like a filing cabinet. I set the finger print mechanism up and was pretty happy with it until my son went over there and opened it with his fingerprint. I have not been able to change the access code from the default 123456 so that is also unsecured. It would have been better off just having the key only. It does look cool for a super cheap way to store guns but in no way, shape, or form is it secure. Don’t waste your money!

Great safe and for the money u can’t go wrong with this purchase… the assembly was very clear and simple had no issues putting it together… however I ran into issues setting up the finger prints and changing the default passcode I reached out to the seller and they video face timed me and walked me through the process so the issue was I was holding down the home button on the inside too long I only needed to short press it once and let it go then it was able to program the instructions do not tell u that and I informed the seller to update manual other than that I’m very happy with my purchase the safe is clearly not fire proof but it will do the job keeping my rifles and other handguns safe and secure… I truly recommend for any other buyers that are hesitant not bad at all for the price… I’m happy..

Overall, pretty good for what you pay. Our family moves every couple years so we couldn't get a heavy duty safe. This is good to keep our weapons out of the wrong hands, and paws, when we are not around. It is not airtight, nor water tight what so ever. But, it does still create a dry enough environment to keep our weapons in good condition. We currently live in one of the most humid places in the US. This combined with rechargeable desiccant packs is enough. If needed, we could probably add some door seals for a better moisture barrier. For the price, it is also pretty big and has lots of storage for different things.It only stores one fingerprint, so that isn't ideal. But it is easy to use and easy to use the keypad to open and close. The one fingerprint can be used in almost any orientation as well. I programmed mine with my finger upside down, and it recognizes it right side up. My husband and I tested this feature a lot to make sure it was secure. It will not recognize any other of my fingers and does not unlock for any of his either. This is less of a safe though, and more of a cabinet. The light included is a nice feature as well for poorly lit rooms or access in the dark. The alarm isn't too loud. I probably couldn't hear it unless I was in the room, or just outside in the hallway.
