Not happy received today opened the bag and have the bags of minnows, but no screw in eyelets or hooks and other miscellaneous parts.

Bought the Banjo Minnow kit for a fishing trip in Alaska. We fished for halibut in the ocean, and salmon in the Kenai river. Our guide was already familiar with them and said, "Who hasn't heard of the Banjo Minnow?" We had a great trip, which is always great when you catch a lot of fish!

For the price I am not impressed. The action is not as good as good as in the advertising videos. I would go with a zoom bait over the banjo any day of the week.

It's not perfect. In clear water I've seen bass look at it and after some very enticing twitches swim away. Other times they hit hard, miss the hook and hit again and again. Same lake same hour. It really depends on what the bass is thinking. This works great fishing super slow in shallow water. No lure is perfect as we all know by now. But this ones a great addition I count among my top 4.
