The length and angle of these two pieces works to get into tight spots. I have some offset screwdrivers I usually use but those are manual. These adapters allow me to use my electric screwdriver to make the work faster. The quality of the metal on these may not lend itself to drilling or screwing into hard wood without pre-drilling. But it is suitable for those lighter projects.

After all the years I've been doing DIY projects, this is the first time I've used an angle adapter. The tool fits my drill and works great to drive in screws and nuts. But now I'm filled with regret for all the past projects where I needed this adapter and didn't have it because I just wasn't aware of these things. Those projects would have gone so much smoother and been less frustrating using this and I would have lost less skin on my knuckles.
