Note that the flashings aren't actually included in this kit. SAS makes one, and it's part of the item description, but it's not included in this kit. It also doesn't appear to be available on this website unfortunately. Part #2401 on the manufacturers website.The butyl they include isn't very good either. Not very wide, it just barely covers the nail holes. I would throw it in the garbage and get proper 2" wide butyl.Other than that, the product has potential. The anchors are well coated. Instructions are included and are also marked on the anchor. The fasteners are good quality.
