There are 3 on a page meaning each 1/3 should measure 3.66". Instead, the top and bottom is 3 3/16, the middle is 3 15/16. Alignment was a nightmare. I finally was able to find a setting where info on all three forms would fit within the lines. Then the problem was that the forms did not align with the envelope windows and the middle form had to be cut or folded to be able to fit in the envelope. It made the preparation of the 1099-NEC for my clients a tremendous pain, incredibly time-consuming. I didn't realize how off these forms were until I started printing out the forms. By that time it was impossible to purchase new and return the defective forms. I should be refunded for the order. I certainly can't return the pages I was forced to use to make the IRS deadline of 1/31/22.
