What Makes The Silicone O-Ring Syringe So Popular?

It's all about this thin silicone gasket called an o-ring. That o-ring provides just the right oomph so there's always a smooth and easy plunger glide without any leakage or sticking. You can wash and reuse o-ring syringes many times and they'll slide easily and evenly. The markings will stay on after many washings too.

Syringes for feeding and tube feeding and blended diets

O-ring Syringes Are Perfect For Blended Diets For People With Feeding Tubes

Because the silicone o-ring syringe can be washed and reused hundreds of times, they are perfect for delivering blended diets and tube feedings. Never worry about the plunger sticking, or uncontrollably squirting or hurting your hands. The plunger will continue to offer a smooth easy glide, time after time.

Hand feeding syringe for animals.

O-ring Syringes Will Not Affect The Taste Or The Chemistry Of The Feeding Syringe Contents

These syringes use medical grade, inert silicone. This is the preferred syringe for all hand feeding of animals. The silicone will not give the contents that rubber band taste found with black rubber gasket syringes and it won't affect the contents in any way.

Eliminate excess plastic waste by using reusable o-ring syringes

Reusable Syringes Make Sense For Your Pocket And For Your Planet

Let's do the math.

1 o-ring syringe can easily replace 270 disposable syringes.

That can make a huge difference.

Let's say 100 people use reusable syringes. That could mean that 100 syringes are replacing 27,000 disposable syringes!

We all want to cut back on plastic waste.

I had to feed my cat through an esophageal tube. The syringes I got from the vet were awful. I could hardly get the food pushed through, and the rubber stoppers were impossible. These syringes have made my kitty's life so much easier. Feedings take a third of the time, and my hand isn't aching afterward. The tips fit the feeding tube perfectly, and the plungers glide so easily. I truly appreciate these syringes. I'd advise anyone to try these if they haven't had much luck with more traditional syringes.

These are actually the typical syringe rubber tips and not the silicone o-ring as advertised. They got sticky after minimal use. I used them for fostering orphan neonatal rabbits and sticky syringe can mean aspiration pneumonia. They would work well for single use, but not multiple. And when you're feeding five times a day, you got to make the pack last. You can't go through five syringes in one day when you're a volunteer Foster

If you are hand feeding any animal, especially birds, these are perfect. Great quality rubber ring so you can use each one for a long time as long as you wash it out after each use. Plunger always moves smoothly without getting stuck

We are wildlife rehabilitators. We purchased these to feed infant wild animals. In only one feeding the markings/numbers rubbed off. Total waste of money.

These syringes are excellent, and worth 5 stars. But I ordered 10cc syringes twice now from this seller and got 5cc syringes both times. The exterior packaging has a 10cc label and the syringes inside the package are 5cc syringes, so it appears it's a mix-up in the packaging. I needed 5cc syringes as well, so I'm keeping them.

I bought these specifically to test whether or not it would be a sustainable method for dispensing toothpaste onto a toothbrush and be refillable without pulling apart and becoming useless. I have been looking for something to use as I travel a lot and have to brush my teeth after every meal to put my retainers from CandidCo back in, so I needed something portable yet sustainable. These fit the bill perfectly! Very pleased with the results. Came with caps as well.

Great for toddler meds. My son is big for his age so his med dose is bigger than the syringes that come with the meds. These were so nice and totally reusable.

I love these syringes. I use them to bottle feed neonatal kittens. They are so much easier to wash than small animal bottles but the best is that they just keep going long after regular syringes start sticking. I read that you can use them 75 times but depending on what you use them for you can certainly use them way longer. I use them with miracle nipples. The nipples wear out faster than these syringes. To give you an idea how long I’ve been using just two of these, I am currently on my third miracle nipple. I’ve used only two this whole kitten season and that’s pretty much daily use multiple times a day with multiple kittens. They are expensive up front but the product value far exceeds the expense making them the best value for my money. Both syringes are still in use. So if I use two per year, this pack of ten will last me five years. That’s amazing. It’s true that the ink wears off but I don’t really need that for what I use them for. I recommend these syringes for anyone that uses syringes frequently.
