I am completely disappointed and I feel robbed.After my purchase i did not have a chance to evaluate the item for insurance purposes as no certificate was attached and then soon after Covid-19 there was lockdown.I have evaluated the item claiming to be a 10k Solid Gold Cross from the Ultimate collection. However in my presence at the evaluater it was explained to me that it is definitely not 10k and has more of other metals in there and is basically a fake.There were some other visual tests for which I have photos and the item.I wrote to The ultimate collection last month, however no response has been received from them.I had an email on standby to Amazon explaining now the criminiality behind the sale by the ultimate collection into deceiving me that is a real Gold Cross and thus I paid full price as I would as paid for one here in RSA with the same gold content.I however do not wish to proceed with the criminal case against the ultimate collection right now, until I have received a response with an apology and compensation for my suffering for all these months.Thank you I await feedback from Amazon and also a suggestion on the way forward. I absolutely love it! It was bigger than I expected. It was absolutely perfect. I bought it for my boyfriend for his 30th birthday. He was so surprised and he kept on saying oh my God this must have been so expensive why did you get this for me. Because we don't have much money lol he had no idea how much I spend on it. I'm going to keep letting him think I spent a lot of money lol. It's very light but it's beautiful I would definitely buy it again. I got a 20-inch chain to go with it. It was a big small it could have been bigger the chain that is but my boyfriend is very thin so it looks good on him. I originally bought a thin chain but it was way too thin for this big cross so I got a thicker chain and it looks beautiful.

Was to long for my wife she didn't like it and he said it poked at her when she had it on like it's just to long ,but maybe better for a guy than a girl and why I gave it three stars is the bail popped off after just a few hours and we almost lost the cross over it.
