These are the same exact size replacement Brass Inserts as the dealer sells. Part #16585-96. These inserts are used for touring bikes with Batwing fairings starting from 1996, part #16585-96. If the fairing screws are stripped or spinning they will not hold the windshield and fairing screws tight. The factory-pressed-in inserts pulling out or spinning is not an uncommon occurrence. On the 2012-2024 year models, there are several used internally for brackets and various applications. These are NOT inserts used for woodworking. These brass inserts can NOT be bought at a home-fix-it store. You will receive 10 Brass Inserts.
