Purchased a set of 10 bits (5 spade and 5 round). Drilled 7 holes in hard porcelain with the first round bit and 3 more with a second round bit. Used one spade bit to over-drill a hole as a little off-centered. Bits are not the highest quality but work really well, the key is to dip the bit in water every 10 seconds of drilling to keep the bit cool. The reviews showing dead/burned/bent bits are most likely from getting the bit too hot....keep them cool and they will work fine. Why by 1 bit for $35 at a box store; that one bit may get 10+ holes but you can't beat these for the price.

The shipping was on time, tried them through some tiles, not as fast as expected.

Go slow, fast will overheat and destroy the bits. Drilled several holes through porcelain wall tile to install shower doors. I first tried an expensive bit from hardware store and failed to make one hole.Worth every penny.

. Fits perfect in my drill and works great. Make sure they’ll fit before buying. Several to choose from I used for my cement creations. Worked good. Exactly what I needed.

As a novice to drilling into tile I watched a few videos. Although these bits say dry drilling is fine I used a spray bottle of water to cool the bits as I drilled. The first picture is using the carbide tip to start the hole and then I changed the bit to the diamond bit and started on the hole- It worked perfectly and created a 1/4 inch hole. I used a leftover tile to practice on since I want to add another bar to the shower and I want to make sure the screws/bolts will fit into the hole since I want to make sure I am also drilling into the studs. Very very pleased with these bits- they worked great!!!!!
