The product is high quality wool mounted on a shank. These work in a drill or a dremel tool.I used them to polish some rough plastic band these were great. When I went to polish anodized aluminum these were about to removed the anodized layer off the metal quickly.These are much more aggressive than I would have thought was possible with a wool tool.
