These worked fine after found out the ones I received have the Drain and Source pins swapped per the datasheet. Luckily they part can be just rotated in the circuit to make it work.

The BS250 PMOS FETs were shipped Speedpak from China and took about 3 weeks to arrive, which is to be expected.The Vto values were determined by testing according to the Philips datasheet. All values were clustered closely around -2.0 Vdc, which is within the specified -1.0 to -3.0Vdc.The pinouts matched the Philips B250 datasheet. Depending on the source, the supplier may ship the BS250P variant with drain and source pins reversed compared to the BS250 as noted in a previous review. The actual pinouts on these MOSFETs need to be checked before they are placed into a circuit. If wired incorrectly, the drain/source current may be much higher than expected and the application won't work.
