These wool sheets are used to start the fire in a tabletop fireplace. Used with the commercial lighting/burning fluid or alcohol, this is a safe option for beginning the fire in the pit. These are large sheets that will last a while, so this is a good value for the cost. We just received our fire pit, so we have not used it much. With these wool sheets, it will be much easier and cleaner when enjoying the fire pit.
