4 stars only because two of the filters upon delivery were smashed badly on one corner & half way down the side making it harder to reshape & install filter. Packing box had some holes & smashed indents. Same thing happened last time I ordered. Perhaps having foam reinforcement on the corners & sides would help protect filters.

Very good product I usually change my filter 3 times a month I have cats and loses allot of hair but with this filter I only changed it 2 Times a month it’s very good product very satisfied

I received 20x20x1 and an extra 20x22x1 filter pack. I returned the 20x22x1 box (shipped by mistake probably) and informed Amazon that I did not need a refund because I received the product I ordered (20x20x1). Amazon still gave me a refund so in return, I am posting this review.Great product, easy to install, fits perfectly, and good value.
