1. It isn’t green like you see in other listings. It’s just the film that’s tinted.2. The protected film is on the inside. Inside. I guess someone put it in the mold backwards.3. Plastic is REALLY thin in the doors and rear of the cab.4. Mine came slightly deformed on the roof. Not bad enough to send it back but someone should have seen it at the manufacturer.

Strong body with great detail. Lower rear is a little flimsy but most of that gets cut out. It does have the protective film on the inside instead of the outside which was convenient for me since i was going to age it a bit. I used the MST front grille that comes with wipers and mirrors on it and the fit right on. Cannot beat the price will order another one.

First things first, the packaging was excellent! Came packaged very well, it was in a sturdy card board box that was inside another cardboard box A+ on securing the package! This body is awesome it is very sturdy and I like they left the trimming up to the consumer so it’ll be easy to handle when I start painting. I also like that it is clear I use magnet mounts it’ll be easy to line up the magnets I glue to the underside of the body. The detailing is very good you can feel the ridges on the body. I can’t wait until I get it painted. I will add a update picture when I get it painted.

This body looks great but is VERY thin is some areas.One side is noticeably thinker that the other.Protecive film is on the inside ( should be on the outside)The roof, hood and upper half of the doors are the only parts at normal thickness.Not sure if it will come out nice even using boat sliders and chopping it way down.I will update in a week or so 03/06/2024

The body is OK and the protective film is on the inside and the window mask seem to be designed to go on the outside and not the inside. I guess the body is designed to be painted on the outside of the body and not the inside?

Plastic wrap should be on the inside not the outside l. I had to mask the outside before painting

I have an old original Honcho and wanted a new body for it. This fit the bill and I love it. I picked the paint color and husband helped with the rest. Came out just how I wanted. Love this FJ body.
