Exactly what I needed for 1920's headband and shoulder straps for the dress. The color was definitely royal blue. It must be sewn by hand. Once cut, some of the sequins come off. I'm finding them still. I actually get a kick out of that instead of being irritated.

This is the perfect size for making the belly scales on my dragons. I will be using this when I make my brown dragon.
