Original pump hose got a crack and leaked water. Replaced with this hose and was an excellent fit! Even have a back up hose, if needed . Actually looks like a better plastic than the original.

I was very leary about this purchase because I've seen so many problems matching the hoses for their pools, after some research and reading reviews, I decided to try this one first. I ordered this to replace my cracked Intex Above Ground Pool Skimmer that I bought a couple of years ago. This hose replacement doesn't look the same and measures 1 7/16 inches which makes it impossible to attach to the bottom of the skimmer. It is not a replacement for the Intex Above Ground Pool Skimmer.

Did what it needed to do but after using one season it will need to be replaced, thin plastic.
