I put these on at the beginning of winter, to see if they would help my cherry tree. It’s been a couple of years and every year I have issues in the spring with it & ants and a bunch of other pests (winter is actually its downtime). That said, I was hoping to see a difference when spring came around. Spring is not here yet, it’s only been about a month and everything is currently partly dominant, but I haven’t seen any changes yet. I will try to update this review in the spring if I do notice a change.

I usually use Charmin ultra soft, but decided to try this for the first time. This toilet paper is more durable and is soft to the skin. It does not give me rashes like the mainstream brands and I will buy more soon.

Like the day we took the wooden posts down from around our new trees, a deer scratched the sides of them clear of bark with his antlers. We've had this wrap on the trees for several months now, and no deer has dared touch them. Plus I hope it's healing the bare part of the tree like a band aid, Idk. But it's easy to wrap around, snip, and tie off, and it's a strong fabric that seems like it will last forever. Highly recommended.

We have some kind of old cactus tree. I don’t know what kind of plant it is. My mother had it for years. It’s about six feet tall. I always thought it was fake but about six months after she passed I discovered that it’s a real plant. At least six months without water and it was still alive. I took it home and give it occasional water. Now it’s thriving.But, we have a pet rabbit. She must like that cactus tree because she got up in there and ate half way through one trunk. Dang rabbit. Who would have thought? I ordered this tape (think heavy toilet paper) to protect the trunk and hopefully avoid losing a third of the tree. The tape was simple to install, just wrap it around the trunk. What’s not easy is securing the end. It would be nice if the tape would stick to itself. Fortunately for me it’s a cactus, I stuck it on a needle. That’s been a few months ago and so far.so good.

We love our backyard rabbits, but we don't want them feeding on our tree bark in the winter! This wrap goes on easily, is clearly very breathable, and doesn't use any adhesives (You have to get a bit creative to tie it off, but that's not a problem.

I was disappointed that NO instructions were included with this product. Also, I believe it should have come with a clasp to secure the end of the wrap.Barbara

I was initially a little hesitant to try this product, as it seemed not sturdy enough to adequately protect some of my smaller trees around the house, but I thought I'd give it a shot. It turned out to be much better and stronger than I had imagined based off of the images...In any case, the product arrives packaged as shown in the photos here. It looks much like a small roll of toilet paper. I also included a few photos next to a 12oz can for perspective.. You're not going to be able to protect several large and mature trees, but I was able to use the wrap shown to protect the trunks of: 5 young palm trees and 1 2 year old Japanese Maple. The material itself is soft, pliable, stretchy, and easily manipulated to get around the tree trunk. I was easily able to tuck in the wrap at the top to make for a nice and secure wrap. We've already had a 5 day period below freezing here in North Texas, and so far, this combined with some other plant covers that I use seems to have protected them all very well. Thus far, it looks like I will be buying this again once next winter approaches! Recommended!
