I use these drawer slides to add an extra drawer in my base cabinets to be able to pull out to see the various storage containers we have. Installation can be a little intimidating on the first attempt, but there are many YouTube videos to assist in the installation of bottom mount drawer slides. The largest consideration is the bottom of your drawer is slightly set up higher in order to conceal the hardware for the drawer slides. These slides mount easily and create a clean modern aesthetics without seeing the traditional side mounted drawer slides. The locking mechanism gives you some adjustability to help the drawer slide in and out easier. Fair price for a 21 inch drawer slide.

I’m building out a compact kitchen in my off-grid cabin and needed a set of drawer slides that could support a pull-out countertop extension. This Chicory drawer slide set turned out to be exactly what I needed. These slides are seriously heavy-duty and well-designed. They appear to support only an under-mount option, which is what I wanted for a clean, hidden look. The soft-close feature is a nice bonus that adds a touch of refinement.Installation took a bit of trial and error, especially since the included instructions were for a different product. Thankfully, the photos on the Amazon page helped me figure it out. All necessary hardware is included, and the plastic adjustment plates made it easy to fine-tune alignment after mounting. I took one star off for inadequate instructions, otherwise these would get a full five stars for build quality.Overall, these slides offer excellent support, smart features, and solid build quality—perfect for my countertop extension. Great value for the price.

I used this for a 2nd sliding drawer for a cheap pantry cabinet that only has fixed shelves and the 21" version of these worked perfectly. I previously did a prototype using a very similar set from a different vendor. The only real difference I noticed between the two brands was that this set has a pair or rubber bumpers on the hook that attaches these to the back of your drawer. I can't see that the bumper makes any difference, but it also does no hurt anything. My sliding shelf was 22" long total, and I mounted the rails about 1/4" from the back of a standard 24" (exterior dimension) cabinet which left the front of my drawer flush with the front of the cabinet interior. I attached the rails with 5 screws on each of the sides of the cabinet. This shelf is not holding as much as my prototype, only about 4 pounds at the moment but I have no fear of loading it up more or of the rails giving way. These have the pretty much standard 3 axis adjustment for rails of this type, but I did not need to use it. The one side seemed a bit sticky but did move things as one would expect. Install was straight forward with no surprises. The soft close mechanism is great for a shelf of this type since a lot of weight could easily lead to the shelf slamming into the cabinet otherwise. It's been a long time since I've installed the Blum version of these but I'd say these are pretty comparable in build quality. The front attachment seems a bit more flimsy than I recall on the Blum's, I've ordered a pair of Blum's for a 3rd shelf and will update here if I find any appreciable difference. The Blum's were actually a little cheaper, if that is true when you are shopping then I'd likely stick with them.Update: I got the Blum's for the 3rd and final drawer and did find a couple of differences. The Blum's have metal attachment plates which really gives them a solid feel. The drawer release on the Blum's is also nicer and easier to use, but how many times do you expect to detach the drawers once they are installed? On the flip side two of the adjustments for the Blum's are on the back of the rails which makes them awkward to access in comparison to these. Additionally, the Blum's gave me about 1/4" less depth for the drawer once everything was worked out, although if I punched the back hook a bit deeper I might have been able to reduce that to about 1/8th of an inch. I didn't check to see if these are a bit long or the Blum's come up a bit short but be aware of the differences if you are mixing and matching like I did. Overall, I do like the Blum's a bit more, but not enough more to drop a start from these.

This is a very good quality under mount soft drawer close and for a decent price. They function beautifully and glide so smoothly. They install fairly easily. The size fits good and is what it’s supposed to be.These slow close drawer mounts work really well they close nice and softly and make my cabinets finally close all the way without any slamming going on. I have one drawer that nobody every wants to close completely so I kept saying I’m going to get a soft close for it so that it gets closed that last inch, witch bugs me so much that it’s always open a little bit. So I saw these mounts and decided to get them.So happy now because no cabinets are slamming shut and they are all the way shut because the soft close finishes the job.

The good:These are very high quality and smooth hinges. They came well packaged and they're heavy. I like the way they are designed and how they operate. The automatic closing is a nice feature that I have not used before. It's a little gimmicky but it's nice to slide the drawer closed and not hear it slam shut. I could get used to it.They had appropriate screws for the install and the little plastic parts that go onto the end are finicky but they do the job. I got the drawer, square and plumb and closing properly but it took some effort.I'm no pro so I need instructions. This came with the wrong instructions so I looked for the company, no web presence.I ended up on YouTube looking at similar installs. It took a lot of time that I would rather not have wasted. ISo I'm giving them 3 stars for the oversight. Maybe a little harsh for a good product but I was very frustrated.
