It did take a bit of effort to put the plastic clips in. They do require some strength to get the clips on the bars. It took me about 5-7 minutes to assemble (mostly because I was struggling and about to give up on the clips). The softer “bumpers” were easy to put in, but they are loose on the wires and slide up and down the wire easily (there’s pretty much no friction). The instructions have very strange grammar and refer to things strangely (i.e. “anti-slip mat” for the soft, black, cylindrical “bumpers”). It’s pretty easy to figure out what to do from the pictures.It works well for me. It fits both glass and plastic 25.4 fl oz T*orani bottles. It really does fit twelve of them :) It hasn’t wiggled or buckled or bent under the weight of the bottles at all. I can also fit some cans of Gh*rardelli powdered chocolate under the top rack as well :)
It makes my counter look a lot neater and helps stop me from buying too many syrups (no space on rack, no new syrup! XD).Nice!

I already have a shelf like this but I wanted more options for my coffee/cocoa bar. This was impossible to put together. The clips wouldn't work and although the directions were ...ok... if you can get the clips on, it is unusable. I will just get a second one of the one I already have. I did give it an extra star in case it is user error. But as I know this could be easier to put together - 2 stars is the max.

Super easy to assemble and sturdy. I can fit all of my syrup bottles (6 total) with some extra room to spare to store my lids for my reusable cups. Highly recommend to save space and help organize a coffee bar.

This rack is easy to assemble, and it is sturdy when it is assembled. It nicely fits 8 bottles of Monin coffee syrups. It does a great job of making the bottles of syrup easy to grab and use.

Easy to assemble. I purchased these for our snow cone flavors which bottles vary in size and shape so they almost didn't fit that great but worked overall. Storage capacity is good. Looks good and functionality is good. Build quality is good. I was able to fit this in the cabinet I am not sure if anyone would really like it out as it would take up a decent amount of space on the counter. Fits wells inside cabinet.

I am happy with the capacity and nice clean look of this rack. HOWEVER! I am very nervous about the construction as 3 different racks in 3 heights are then held together by plastic wire clips. Fairly sturdy, but I would prefer having more 'cage' around at least the highest bottle rack. I can turn the 2nd rack upside down and it holds the bottles so securely but if I do the same with the tall rack it holds the bottles at the same height as the 2nd tier. If they added another rack insert to the tall rack it would make the whole thing so versatile without adding any bulk!! I will also say that the super tall option makes it much easier to read the flavor labels.I have included photos of the side view of using trays upside down as well as how it was built to work and one from the front so you can see, with the wall behind it it is fairly secure, but with it just on a 'floating' coffee bar counter top it is a little unnerving. It is a wonderful way to store 12 flavors in sight, and takes up less than 12 inches or 8 inches if you were to choose to use only 2 of the racks.

I’m obsessed with the way it looks and it’s perfect for exactly what I needed but I will say the way the shelves are built out of wire you need to be careful with what you put on it! Thinner bottles have to balance on the two wire parts while the normal size bottles fit perfectly. I love how I can use the underneath for additional storage if needed and it was SO easy to put together. It comes detached so you could put it in a different order if you wanted & also comes with rubber pieces to put on the bottom to steady it and protect the surface. I will 100% order again when I need more storage.
