I’m really happy with this calculator. I have just been using my phones calculator, but I prefer using a calculator with physical buttons. This one is the perfect size for normal around the house uses. The calculator seems well made and at a fair price. Everything works as it should and I really like that this calculator can be used with a battery or just with the little solar panel on the front if you’re not in a dark room. So far I’ve just been using it without a battery to be less wasteful. I’ve also found that kids love this calculator. My 4 year old plays with it everyday and likes entering number and then reading them off to us. Overall, I have no complaints and I would recommend this to anyone.

It is small enough not to get in the way or be stuffed in a drawer when not needed. It features a large display, big keys, and dual power options (solar or battery). No fancy scientific functions—just the basic four functions, ideal for conversions in a kitchen or workshop. The display is angled for easy reading. For the price, it is highly recommended.

It’s a calculator! Nothing special and does not come with a AA battery. It does the job. I love that it’s bright blue and not a typical boring black calculator. I’d buy it again.

Exactly what you expect. Big, easy-to-read display, responsive keys. I got this for quick math at my workbench and it's doing the job. Solar and battery combo is handy.

I am a scientist, but not one of those scientists that doesn't use math. I use math all the time. But, I'm not good at math. So, I use a calculator. I've owned three calculators in my life, a TI-30Xa, TI-81 and TI-83 plus. And I still own all three. These are great calculators. This calculator can't do nearly as much as those calculators. But you know what? I don't use all the functions of those fancy calculators. Most of my calculations are basic arithmetic calculations. I use excel or mathematica for real calculations anyway. Now that I'm old, I needed a calculator with big buttons and an easy-to-read display. And geez, this thing delivers! When you're doing bills at the end of the month and calculating whether you're going to overdraft your account, boom! This calculator makes it child's play. Need to decide whether you can afford orange juice with all those TV dinners in your grocery cart? Boom, this thing will do it! My favorite part of this calculator is the back of the box that has instructions on how to use each of big function buttons! The manual for my TI-83 is absurd! The simplicity here is beautiful! My least favorite part of this calculator is the one rubber foot falling off when unpacking. The glue was still sticky enough to stick it right back on, but I'm guessing they won't last long. Regardless, it still sits perfectly on a surface, is easy to read, and even easier to punch the big buttons.

I had a smaller calculator which was awful (key pressing was difficult), so I needed something different. This one is bigger (about 4.5 x 6 inches) and is meant to be on a desk as the display is slanted toward you when using it. The keys are large and press easily and the display is large. It has a small solar panel for solar charging and it takes AA batteries (optional) as well. Batteries do not come with it. It is a basic calculator (no advanced functions). This is a nice calculator and an excellent value for the price.

Ordered this Desktop Calculator with Large LCD Display and Large Numerical Numbers on Keyboard - Basic Math Calculator - for my use while in my truck. I dig trenches and always working close by my truck for any tools needed.While doing each job, I'm always measuring distance of each trench dug and figuring cost at end of job. My old hand calculator that just used batteries finally quit working. So I started shopping online for a simple math one.Comparing styles, designs, and one for large display numbers, and saw this nice pretty blue one and was reading about how it operates on "Solar or Batteries" and it was the perfect size and I ordered it. This was a nice find for me as it's perfect for my use and to keep in my truck. I like the large LCD display and large numbers on keyboard as my eye sight is not as good now that I'm in my senior years. Also like the pretty blue color and it doesn't glare from the sun like my old one always did. It's a good reliable calculator and works great. It's easy to use and I keep it in my console.It just takes AA battery and know it will work anytime day or night. Nicely designed and I feel it's a good value for the price. Happy with order
