Blade is too stiff which allows it to skip on surfaces that are just damp. Moves big water fine, but doesn’t work well for my boat shower

I use this in the shower to get excess water off the glass to avoid spotting. This is about my 4th one over the course of 20 years so they last quite a long time.

I had a jelly blade red handle, not the “original CA jelly blade” but it was a T-blade with a red handle. I loved it and after years of great use it finally started coming apart. I tossed it instead of trying to get the handle to stay together with zip ties and I regret it soooo much because I bought this version with hopes of the same quality. Nope..I wanted to trash it but I just figured I’d use it for the shower glass and even though it doesn’t make up for the terrible quality I guess I can at least get SOME decent use of it but it’s even left streaks on regular glass. I won’t even bother trying to get my money back because I’m so disappointed with the vendor that I just don’t want to have to deal with them. Don’t buy this if you value your cars paint. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that if you use it to get water off of glass/paint, it bends in the direction your using it but it doesn’t bend back into shape so you have to flip it around to make the next pass and then do this over and over again until you realize how dumb you look using this instead of a normal towel that leaves less streaks than this piece of garbage. I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM THIS VENDOR. you will be mad at yourself for reading this review thinking “nah, maybe this guy just doesn’t like the vendor”. and then realize that you too have made a mistake in getting your hopes up for a quality water blade. Waste of money. I don’t know what I’m gonna buy to replace my red handle jelly blade but I’m thinking maybe the ‘Weather Tech’ water blade or a version of the Original CA Jelly Blade.
