I have a farm with 12 inch culverts and 12 inch pipe for my pond overflow. This plug is perfect for stopping the water so I can do maintenance on pipes and streambed without water flowing. When this is inflated it makes a tight seal in a 12 inch pipe. For deep installations there is an extension hose for inflating it. The rubber material is flexible and tough so it should last a long time if stored in a cool dry place. It can also be used in other situations to put pressure against something by inserting it and inflating. I compared it to several other sizes of inflatable plugs and it is reasonably priced. Overall the quality and price are good. I would buy it again.

In an emergency you would want this so sewage doesn't run up your pipes.I recommend this product.
