I bought this pair of connectors to connect my SDR to an antenna. Unfortunately the male version was defective in that the tip was cut at an angle and unplated. I did an Amazon warranty exchange and the replacement item had the same issue. I cannot exchange an 2nd time and, fortunately do not need to use the male cable. But I want to warn others with this review.

These are great adapters that let me use my VNA and TinySA with my various radios and antennas. The connectors seem to be well made and attached to the cable well. No issues to speak of, so far so good.

I use short SMA to UHF cables to feed the antennas on my porch to my radio equipment under the door's weather stripping. While this cable is thicker than the usual super-thin wires I use, it's also more durable and seems to have less loss, barely a dB at 28MHz. Excellent construction and very durable, perfect for being outside in the weather.

Nice cables for testing antennas and devices with a male & female SO239/PL259 combo.RG-58 appears to be solid dielectric, providing better higher frequency capability - probably up to ~750-800MHz. RG-58 does not do well at higher frequencies, nor do the PL259/SO239 connectors.PERFECT for Amateur HF and 2M testing.

These fit my nanoVNA perfectly. I have a set of thin cables for the VNA made with RG316, but wanted a more substantial set made of RG58. The crimping is covered with heat shrink tubing and is very solid. The combination provides excellent strain relief. These are well made cables.

The connectors fit well with other connectors (something you can't take for granted with unknown brands). One connector SO239 and one PL259 both connected to male SMAs. Great for short test bench applications.Connectors are attached well to the cables - and a NanoVNA sweep shows no major discontinuities.
