The string breaks constantly and i have to stop open it rethread the hole and start again.take so long to trim the yard.

I can't take the trimmer head off to replace the thread. I squeeze in on both green buttons. It doesn't come off. Directions say to press and hold the buttons at both ends of the lid and turn it on. Turn what on? I like the product but having trouble with the thread. Please help.

This thing works like a champ! I’ve only used it once but first impressions are good! I basically used it as an edger and walked a few weeds with it around my lawn. The edge around my lawn are straight and precise and this has nice power! I chose this over named brand trimmer/edger and I am pleased with my purchase!

"Bought this for my wife as she wanted to learn how to trim and help out after a large landscaping project that doubled my trimming area. My current trimmer I’ve had for 3+ years still works well and battery life is good but is long and heavy.This little gem comes with 2 batteries, a bunch of spools and was easy to assemble. Trims really good on basic grass and some weeds around out edging. Struggles with thicker stalk weeds but will get through them. Very light weight and easy to maneuver. The unit can be adjusted so you can edge your driveway.Highly recommend especially for the cost. Have used for a month so can’t comment on the battery life but holds a charge for a long time. Only need to use one battery to trim. If I edge too, need the second battery, so comes in handy I don’t have to stop and wait while charging. Simple battery connection to charge."

Great little string trimmer. Light weight, fully adjustable, easy to assemble, easy to use, very quiet, and gets the job done. Everything you need, including two 21v Li-Ion batteries and charger, with 4 extra spools of string and an extra spool cover plate. I received this trimmer yesterday, fully charged both batteries in about an hour (which you should always do with any new battery powered tool), and took it out for a spin to see how it would handle everything from short grass to foot-tall weeds. Wow! It handled it all with ease. I'm 6' 1" and my wife is 5' 1" and neither of us had any problem adjusting the trimmer for our height. The trimmer uses 0.065-inch string, which cuts remarkably well. Extra spools of string are available on Amazon as an 8-pk with one extra cover plate for 14 bucks. Search for ASIN: B0F546JRVN.
