I liked the tiles very much, and the price was really reasonable. They applied readily.Would give product itself 5- stars but for problem with customer service. Quite a few tiles arrived broken. I did expect there might be a few damaged in transit so had ordered a half dozen extra, but this was a bit more, leaving my project short. I photographed the tiles as opened and sent to manufacturer. Communicating with the company was difficult and by the time they acknowledged the issue, there wasn't time to get delivery of more. Fortunately with the installer there, we were able to rework the project a bit to cover the shortage (didn't put any behind designated toilet location). I requested a refund of the broken tiles only, but was refused. They did send replacements. So I have a few extra in the attic...
