Did not come with any instructions. They are poor quality. Very disappointed. I thought they were like a popper. Nope just tissue paper with spools of small streamers inside. No real trick or anything to get the streamers to fall out. You have to tear the tissue paper.

Very disappointed with this product, it doesn't come with instructions on how to use it, it didn't work when opened, it ruined the whole surprise of the party, it's super disappointing

The product is great!. No pop, no noise, no mess, colorful, and easy to use. I used it at an event held at a hotel that charges $1500 if they have to clean up loose confetti. I only had to pick up a few stray pieces that broke off when people walked on them. Clean up was super easy and the effect was great’!

Read instructions for use but once you figure it out, they are so cool and do the job!

I got the white version of these streamers for my sister’s wedding sendoff, and they worked really well. They’re not poppers in the traditional sense—there’s no loud sound or spring-loaded mechanism. You simply throw the streamers by hand, which makes them feel a bit more graceful and controlled, especially for a wedding moment.Visually, they looked great. The white streamers added a clean, elegant touch, and when we tossed them, they created a fun effect without a big mess compared to rice or confetti. The streamers stay connected to the handheld portion, so as long as you don’t accidentally rip them off, cleanup is fairly quick and easy. There were a couple of small things to note. Each streamer bundle is wrapped in tissue paper, and we had to tear a small hole in the tissue before tossing them—otherwise, they wouldn’t open on their own. It wasn’t a big deal, just something to remember ahead of time. Also, each streamer has a small plastic disc at the center, and the part that wraps around your finger is a pipe cleaner. I had hoped the whole thing would be paper-based, so just be aware it’s not completely biodegradable. That said, they were fun to use, looked great, and as long as you are careful, they don’t leave a big mess behind. A good option if you want a stylish and relatively tidy sendoff!
