These are not good. I wouldnt even call them adequate. They are about as cheap of a set of strap buttons as you can get. I took the original silver strap buttons off of a budget guitar and they were better than these. They are small, the metal feels thin and the screws are thin and short. They were way too small for the existing holes from the strap buttons I was replacing. I put them on and then took them right off. They might be acceptable for a budget model SG style guitar but I wouldnt use them for anything else. They just dont feel sturdy enough to me - and strap buttons have a pretty important job - in fact, I am not sure what I thought I was going to get for $1.50 a set.
