These items definitely love to stay curled up so much that they kind of curl up as they’re on your leg. You may lose them while running. Seems like it’ll stay on the wrist because the wrist of course is thinner. They are definitely reflective. You could use them on your handlebars or the back end of your bike to be seen. I noticed a lot of people like to ride bikes without any reflectors or lights on their bike which of course I need a white one on the front and a red one on the back so I don’t run them over and kill them accidentally. And while you’re at it stop wearing all dark colors as well. You’re just asking to be hit by a car or a truck or a train or a rampaging moose.

Great set of reflective bands for the whole family. Use them on your arms and ankles when you run or cycle. Easy to put on and to take off. Very good reflective quality. Makes it much safer at night.

These reflective bands are very reflective, helping drivers see you at night. Each order comes in a set of 12 highly-reflective and very flexible snap bands. You can use them as bracelets, anklets and/or arm bands. I also wrap them around my water bottle to make me much more visible to drivers. They can also be attached to bikes and other vehicles.
