These are fantastic and just what I've been looking for for my recipe book. They are extra wide so that the tabs still stick out even when using sheet protectors. Great colors too!

One of my Summer projects this year is to organize my recipes into a binder! These dividers will be a big help! They fit into any 3 ring binder that you have, and they don't have to be used just for recipes! They are made of thick paper, but that is not a problem for me ~ the dividers in the well known cookbook handed down to me are also paper, and they have lasted for decades!

Just as described. They work great in the 3-ring notebook we use for our recipes to divide the types of recipes in a clear manner. The dividers are pastel in color and already hole-punched, so they are ready to use right out of the package. Since the package comes with twelve dividers, now I need to work on labels and making more divisions to make the recipes easier to find.

These are and work as expected.There's a matte side and a glossier side - which is more like a semi gloss matte if there is such a thing. I don't like glossy things, so I'm happy about that. The colors are cute and peaceful.I don't quite know why they're calling themselves recipe dividers as they would work in any 3 ring binder organization situation. The tab does jut out a little bit from my binders as it noted in the listed... this could be a pro or con for you. Lengthwise, they fit perfectly in a 1" pen + gear binder.The quality is just as expected. Decent weighted card stock. Will serve their purpose well, I just wish there were more of them.

This product confuses me - which I never thought I'd have to say about a divider. By biggest issue is the marketing vs what you get. Let's call it what it is, this is a thick plain white cardstock divider with the slightest coating on ONLY one side. The great thing about these is you get 12 and the tabs stick out past any sheet protectors you are using within a binder.Now - they call these recipe book dividers. There's nothing special about them other than the size. Many of us who keep recipe binders use plastic sheet protectors to protect against food spills, wet hands and the like. So WHY would you want barely coated cardstock dividers to use for this purpose? If you spill on the front of the divider sure - MAYBE you'd be able to wipe it off and save it, but the back is all exposed paper.The listing also says, "Our 12 recipes dividers come with blank divider labels". What they mean by this is, the tabs are blank. You do not get any additional items like labels with the dividers. The listing suggests you just place a label over it if you ever need to change what you've written - but no labels are provided. So basically it's just like any other divider or sheet of paper.If you want 12 white cardstock dividers that will stick out past sheet protectors then this might be your product.However, if you're looking for durability and longevity in a kitchen / cookbook situation, or any type of special customization abilities, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

These are the size I needed as I have recipe books where all my recipes are encased in the plastic sleeves and I can never see the categories. I did somewhat solve that by using adhesive labels but they don't always adhere. These pages are the correct size to allow the tabs to show but I can't really tell if they're coated with plastic or not (perhaps only one side is). What I would have appreciated more is a slot where you can put your own label in, and change it if necessary, because once you write on this there's really no going back.
