Don't waste your money. Harbor Freight website and stores won't back it up no matter what problems you may encounter. I bought mine from their website and I didn't get to really try it out because of the COVID-19 thing until after the warranty period was out and I tried to take it back to my local store and explained to them my problem with it and asked if I could exchange it for something that works and they refused. Knowing they had problems with the PITTSBURGH AUTOMOTIVE 12 Ton Hydraulic Low Profile Heavy Duty Bottle Jack they still have it on display for sale. I'm posting this here and other places to save y'all from buying it. You buy it, you have a12 Ton Hydraulic Low Profile Heavy Duty Bottle Jack paper weight. Just trying to help. Buyer beware. I'm so disappointed. Ugh.
