Finally we have fit everything but the water seal dimension is lightly oversize and difficult to insert , and we have to modify the teflon washer to insert it on the shaft , it time consuming!

This was the closest kit I could find for a 1978 Chrysler 85hp, serial 859H8A. Does not fit except for the waterproof bushing. Impeller was nearly twice the size of mine. Not the vendor's fault, as it is not listed as a compatible part. Just trying to help others looking for this part. I still cannot find parts for mine. Thanks

The cotter key doesn't fit in the slot. 1988 Force 85.

The keyway in the impeller is too narrow to fit the shaft key. The keyway has to be filed wider prior to install. Otherwise, it works.
