Product came fast, has ok directions in box and lots of extra stuff. I didn’t need to plug in extra mic, stock works great, the SIM card and 4g antenna Iam not using due to using my service or hotspot. Literally plug and play, and if there is any questions needed to be answered if you contact number on whatsapp the service dept member gets back to you pretty quickly with pics or video help provided. It was very easy to get things figured out with tech support helping for little things I wanted to adjust. I’ve had the product for 2 days now and absolutely love it.

Looks amazing, but A/C controls not functioning and no response from customer service, no manual provided on website or with the unit. There are not enough on the street to get help in forums. My rating will be revised if I get some customer support. If problem can't be resolved unit will be returned.EDIT: Support came through and walked me step by step through the problem until it was solved. They were helpful and kind with me and I am very happy with my purchase now. This unit has a built in amplifier that sounds great and a multichannel equalizer that makes system tuning a breeze with multiple custom save locations for different kinds of music.

CarPlay just stopped working within 3 days. Bluetooth works still but no CarPlay have gone through all the settings and nothing and when put vehicle in reverse the camera lags. Called customer service and they just give me the run around and will not send a replacement.

Installed on my 09 silverado 1500 and it was super easy and fits great. No issues so far except having to change everything for the US. will update if I run into issues. No update, then no issues.

The system I received was used unfortunately I travel for work and time ran out to return it. There was two other individuals phones still named in it. The system currently keeps telling me that that there is a problem with loading. So technically it is useless to me.

Would have been 5 stars but, only thing I don't like is that the signal sent to the rear head units is now in portrait mode and can't be converted to landscape, just make the viewing area even smaller, looking for an alternative method to convert it... other than that, it's truly awesome... I would buy again.
