About this item

  • Well Thought Out - Ergonomically formed 2-component handle with steel socket for applying force with a hex key or driver when desired (max. torque 17 Nm).
  • Simple Set Up with Powerful Operation - Secure nominal clamping force up to 1700 lbs. Operating jaw stays where you put it for easy set up. Position where you like and apply clamping force.
  • Strong, Precise & Gentle – Capable of high strength with nominal 90 degree clamping. Non-marring pads and rail protection pieces serve to protect the workpiece from unnecessary marks.
  • Cold Drawn Steel Rail Bar - Produced and tested with consistently high quality and the utmost precision in cutting-edge facilities.
  • Large Clamping Surfaces - Clamping surfaces are oversized and distribute clamping force evenly. Three removable pressure caps are repellent to glue, and resistant to paint and grease solvents.

The large jaw faces are an easily recognizable characteristic of the BESSEY K Body parallel and case clamps. They allow strong, precise and gentle clamping and spreading of workpieces. Thanks to their extra-large contact surfaces, the original BESSEY K Body REVO parallel clamp and the lightweight UniKlamp case clamp distribute clamping force evenly even when being used at high clamping forces. Cabinetmakers, Carpenters, Joiners and Kitchen fitters all benefit from the use of parallel jaw clamps because they are ideal for clamping large areas without damaging the material. When In use parallel clamps provide very accurate clamping support and are ideal for many applications including furniture making, restoration, cabinet construction, and holding large panels and frames in place when gluing. BESSEY offers the unique K Body REVO parallel clamp in two versions – with fixed (KRE) or sliding upper section (KREV) – each with a range of openings up to 2.5 meters. Both of these versions offer up to a nominal 90 degrees of clamping capability and 1700 lbs of everyday clamping force. Another advantage of the K Body REVO clamps is that they have additional workpiece supports on the rail that prevent the workpiece from coming into contact with the rail and being damaged. This also allows the clamps to be placed on the workbench and then used as a glue press. Further, the sliding clamp can also be converted to a spreading function without the need for tools, and there are also a number of accessories available. BESSEY. Simply better

This is a very well made clamp.Too heavy for the application that I had intended it for.

I own over 100 clamps and have recently added the Bessey K Body REVO Series in both 12" and 24" capacities. They are now my go-to clamps! Once you understand how the rapid adjustment works they are easy to use.

Like a lot of woodworkers, I own a lot of clamps, and I didn't think I needed a small parallel clamp. Boy was I wrong!! I use them so much I'm going to buy 2 more, to have 4, to hold the picture frames, boxes, and all those other small projects. I watched the price using an online service, and when they got to my sweet spot, I nabbed two! I'll do the same thing to buy the next 2.

Arrived missing an outside pad.... still waiting for the missing pad to arrive after numerous emails almost 3 months. No tracking , " just wait for it ", several times. I do not understand why their Customer Service would not address such a simple replacement pad asap and build a relationship vs. leaving it unsolved and this less than perfect review. This after having to submit photos and fill out their online form, as well as a prolonged back and forth discussion. No reason, It's a simple plastic paid that I paid for.Otherwise the clamp is useful at 12 inches, better than a wood handle but not as much grip and torque as others. If you need to push inside out in a small space , less than an 18" would fit then this is the only12" option I am aware of. You get used to how the handle angles to engage.Still waiting for the pad!

I have a bunch of Bessey clamps, from 12 inch to 50 inch. I've always been very satisfied with them. I particularly like these K-Body REVO clamps (compared to the older Bessey clamps) because they have an Allen socket in the end of the handle, which allows me to use an Allen wrench to really clamp down with them. Some of my Bessey clamps go back over ten years - with fairly heavy use - and they still work well.I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My KRE3512 arrived with a missing jaw pad. Instead of returning the order to Amazon, I decided to contact Bessey Tools to check if they could send me a jaw pad and avoid the return. I called them and was told the would gladly mail one to my address. I confirmed the information via email on March 10 and got a reply on March 13 stating the part would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. After 3 weeks and no part, I started sending emails and finally called them again since I had not received the part. Finally, on April 21, I received the a set of jaw pads, but unfortunately, not those that would fit the KRE3512. Emails sent again without any acknowledgements. I gave up and ordered the replacement pad from Amazon. In summary, don't count on Bessey Tools Customer Service to be of service.

It’s definitely an investment, but if you are serious about woodworking and plan on doing it for years to come, don’t waste your money on cheap clamps...invest in these. They are non-marring and won’t leave little divots in your work like cheap clamps will. They lay flat like a bar clamp, but give you more surface area to work with than the bar clamps will. Bottom line, save the pennies and buy these...you won’t regret it after your first few uses.

These newer parallel clamps work perfectly. The best part is that the head doesn’t drop/slide down the rail when you pick them up. There is a positive stop built in that keeps the adjustable jaw from dropping onto your hand. It no longer slides down like the older versions. Very happy with the improvements. Wish I could afford to replace all my older Bessey clamps with this new version.
