Somehow I got one about 20 ago and worked so well compared to all others - simply because of its simple unique genius design! Lost one tooth but still used it. Never found one is stores until found in Amazon for a replacement. Bought three - one for my daughter and two for myself - good for me for the next 40 years : )

I have one of these that I've been using for years. My daughter discovered it during a visit and loved it. It's the best for spaghetti. I ordered these for my daughter and granddaughter. They are thrilled. Simple to use and easy to clean. Get it. You won't be sorry.

gift replacement for someone who loved her 10-year old one so much she still used it - even with 4-5 teeth gone. she said it was the only server model she'd seen that could both lift/drain pasta and easily (spoonlike) scrape the sides and base of the pot or bowl

Heat resistant so won't melt when touching the pan. Like the neutral color of black. Also bought other black Melamine products from this company and so now have a matching set of not only cookware but for serving, especially when company is over!
