Most people prefer carbonated kombucha. Without the bubbles, like beer, it tastes a bit flat, so it's normal to drink it carbonated, and all sorts of carbonation methods are suggested. Ours will be to put it in this beer dispenser and put in the CO2 from a cartridge.Can add almost a gallon of drink for carbonation. Must leave some space at the top, that is where the CO2 goes into the chamber.The kit includes the valve and the regulator with which you can set the CO2 pressure. You need to buy CO2 cartridges separately. The instructions are good and show how to assemble with a clear drawing, which direction the spring goes, etc. All the gaskets look good.
