This interfacing is very light in weight: I would not call it medium weight at all. I think it is even thinner that Pellon SF101. Sadly it says do not iron the surface at all which makes it harder to use efficiently if pressing on that side is needed. I'm sure I'll find plenty of uses for it however!!Update: after wanting to press an interfaced seam open, the interfacing immediately melted and burned on my iron plate. No way will I be using a pressing cloth on every seam I want pressed open. Not happy. Back to a bolt of Pellon 101.

I originally purchased this for a small sewing project. The size of the roll is perfect to use and I've since come up with all kinds of applications. Love this.
