Solid, weighty, and sharp — This chisel get high marks.Features a thick rubber, non-slip sheathing around the well weighted handle.Steel striking surface is durable, but also smooth so it's safe to use with a plastic-faced dead-blow mallet.Carbon steel is easy to hand sharpen. Great for setting hinges or flush locksets.

Short but pretty hefty chisel. Seems square. However, the chisel was very dull out of the box. Failed the paper test, even when I tried to slice instead of push. It'll need a lot of sharpening. Should be useful once I get it into shape, but that'll take time.
