For the many years that we have done our street's holiday cookie exchange, we have tried to find something unique to bake. Seeing these was the answer for this year. The large one will hold about half a traditional Panettone recipe. We will use the smaller ones to experiment with the recipe for individual breads for Thanksgiving.

Well, well well... I have wanted to try to make Panettone for a few years, and it looks like this will be the year. Few people in my household enjoy it, whereas I love it... So I'm going to find a nice traditional recipe and make enough for everyone, even the naysayers! LOL
