If you buy the same or similar 1 oz. spoons at your local fishing store, these may sell for as much as $11.00 each! So these ones sold by Amazon amount to about $1.80 each and are thus, very cost effective. However, the finish on the spoons you buy at your local store are usually flawless and almost, mirror shiny. You must know that the finish on these are not at all like that but a more cheaper, duller plating/finish. But I think the reflective tape will make up for the not-so-shiny finish. So the moral of the story for these spoons are, "You get what you pay for (and these are priced appropriately)." Bottom line, If you don't mind a less-than-stellar, shiny finish, these are a great bargain!
